As of the 2020-2021 academic year, NOBCChE@Stanford hosts a seminar series aimed at inviting exceptional NOBCChE members and affiliates to Stanford to give a lecture on both their science and their advocacy story. Here are the previous NOBCChE@Stanford Lectureship Speakers:

Professor André K. Isaacs, from the College of the Holy Cross, kicked-off our 2023-2024 series on March 4th, 2024. His talk titled "Shifting the Paradigm of Science Education and Mentoring to Improve Belonging" showcases his research program and important points of teaching pedagogy (a recording may be found here).


Professor Cesunica Ivey from the University of California, Berkeley gave the first in-person lectureship on Monday, November 28th, 2022. Her talk, titled "Centering Community in Air Pollution Research" highlighted her innovative research and outreach through the Air Quality Modeling and Exposure Lab.  

Professor Raychelle Burks from American University gave the inaugural lecture on Monday, June 7th, 2021. A recording of her talk titled "Doing Better: Making Progress in Sensing and Social Justice" can be found here.
